Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the courses?  Once your payments have been made, you have unlimited access to the course for as long as you need it.  Memberships do not expire.

What happens after I complete the course?  You will still have access to the course and any monthly Q&A calls included in the course but feel free to take other courses to expand your knowledge. 

What if there is a course I want to take but I don't see it listed?  We are always looking for suggested courses so if there is a topic you would like to learn about, email Coach Caron at info@WinningSwimming.com and she will put your suggestion on the list of upcoming offerings.

What’s your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your class purchase, simply notify us of your desire for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will discontinue your subscription and process the refund.  Any classes which produce a certificate are not eligible for refund if the certificate has already been issued.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your completion certificate (if applicable) anywhere that can accept deliveries.  All our classes are online so you don't have to wait to receive your package in the mail to get started.

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available by email to answer your questions 24/7/365.  Simply email us at info@winningswimming.com   We will respond within 1 business day.
